Super easy Brazilian cheese bread (pão de queijo) that doesn’t require any kneading or shaping. It’s soft, chewy, very cheesy.

Ingredients
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup tapioca starch
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Add all the ingredients into a blender
  2. Blend until smooth - 30 seconds to 1 minute
  3. Pour batter into greased mini muffin tins at about ⅔ full
  4. Bake in the oven at 400° F for about 15-20 minutes
  5. Remove cheese bread from oven and eat while warm
