Korean pickled radish (non-spicy) is the perfect compliment to any spicy dish because it’s sweet, sour, and crunchy and cold. Easy to make and keeps well refrigerated.

Ingredients
  • 3 cups Korean radish
  • ¼ cup white vinegar
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Peel and cut up radish into about ¾” cubes
  2. Add vinegar, sugar, salt and mix well
  3. Pour all contents in a ziplock bag and lie flat
  4. Leave overnight and serve the next day (chilled)
  5. Store in fridge for up to 2 weeks
