Taiwanese breakfast sandwiches (美而美三明治)

Serves: 3 ppl
- 1 loaf of Taiwanese white bread (12 slices)
- 3 eggs
- ⅓ cup of mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp of sugar
- 1 persian cucumber or Japanese cucumber
- 3 slices of ham or 3 portion of protein of your choice
- Cut out the crust of the Taiwanese bread loaf
- Shred cucumber
- Make sunny side down eggs
- Prepare sweeten mayonnaise by Mixing ⅓ cup of mayonnaise with 1 tbsp of sugar
- Prepare Ham, or your choice of protein cutlet
- Spread mayo on one side of bread
- Combine the sandwich (bread + cucumber + bread + egg + bread + protein + bread)
- Cut diagonally
- Enjoy!
