Ingredients
  • 1.5 pounds of pork butt
  • 3 Tbsp of soy sauce
  • ½ Tbsp of sugar
  • 2 Tbsp of rice wine
  • 2 Tbsp of corn starch, or sweet potato powder
  • Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp of sweet-bean sauce
  • 2 Tbsp of oil
  • ½ Tbsp of ketchup
  • ½ Tbsp of sugar
Instructions
  1. Freeze the pork
  2. Defrost by microwave for 30 to 40 SECONDS
  3. Shred the pork
  4. Marinate the pork shreds with soy sauce, rice wine, sugar and cornstarch for at least 15 min
  5. Mix sweet bean sauce, oil and sugar until emulsion, ketchup optional
  6. Heat up a pan at high heat, add a drizzle of oil
  7. Stir fry marinated pork shreds until it’s half cooked
  8. Add the sauce
  9. Stir fry until it’s fully cooked, about 5 min
  10. Ready to serve
