An easy fish dish that requires only 5 minutes of prep time and 15-20 minutes of baking. This is my favorite go-to party dish, easy to serve, easy to transport, and easy to clean up!

Ingredients
4 basa or swai fillet (~½ pound each)
1 egg
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp dashi powder
1 tbsp sugar
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp white pepper
1 tsp sriracha (optional)
1 stalk of chopped green onion (for garnish)
Instructions
pat dry the basa fillet and line on a baking sheet
mix all ingredients together until well beaten
pour the dynamite sauce over the fish, spread evenly
bake in the oven at 400° F for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown on top and the dynamite sauce has solidified
sprinkle green onions and serve
Notes
You can also add shrimp and scallops or substitute basa or swai fish for any other white fish.
