Ingredients
  • 2 cup of cooked rice
  • ½ cup of diced onion
  • ½ cup of diced ham
  • ¼ cup of ketchup
  • ½ Tbsp of sugar
  • 6 eggs
Instructions
  1. Heat up the pan at medium heat, add 1 Tbsp of oil
  2. Stir fry diced onion at medium heat for 2 min
  3. Turn to high heat, add diced ham, cooked rice, ketchup and sugar to the pan, stir fry until the color is even
  4. Remove from the pan and set aside
  5. Beat 3 eggs until they are evenly mixed
  6. Heat up the pan at medium heat, add 2 Tbsp of oil
  7. Rotate the pan until it’s evenly greased
  8. Pour the egg mix into the pan, stir the egg mix while it’s getting cooked
  9. When it is half cooked, turn to low heat, add fried rice to the center and form an oval shape
  10. Fold the two side to the center, gently top the omelet to a plate
  11. Use a paper towel to shape the omelet into perfect oval and absorb excess oil
  12. Decorate the plate
